Library fines taken during the week of Monday 4th March will be donated to Book Aid International, a charity whose vision is a world where everyone has access to books that will enrich, improve and change lives.
Why is it important to buy Fairtrade?
When you buy a Fairtrade chocolate bar you are helping fight poverty. Empowering women to be able to afford the necessities of life we take for granted. Spend a few minutes looking at the display on the second floor of the Learning Centre celebrating Fairtrade Fortnight.
TRAIDCRAFT Cards
Do you need to buy a card for someone, or a special occasion? We have recently increased our range of TRAIDCRAFT cards. Monies from the sale of Fairtrade cards goes to TRAIDCRAFT, CAFOD, SCiAF and Christian aid; helping the world’s poorest to support themselves.
