The Learning Centre will be celebrating World Book Night on Monday 23rd April by giving away copies of ‘Small Island’ by Andrea Levy.
World Book Night is a celebration of reading and books and sees thousands of people across the UK, Ireland, Germany and the USA giving and receiving books in their communities.
April 23rd is a very special day for world literature as it is both the birth and death date of Shakespeare and the date when Cervantes, the great Spanish novelist died.
So come and help us celebrate and pick up your copy of Small Island on Monday!
